Setup + Automation

HoneyBook

Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks · starting at $350

A streamlined client experience, built around how you actually work.

If your inbox feels like a game of whack-a-mole, your leads are slipping through cracks, or you’re piecing together systems as you go, you’re not alone.

HoneyBook can clean all of that up, but only if it’s set up intentionally. That’s where I come in.

I build HoneyBook systems that are organized, easy to use, and designed to support your full booking process, from inquiry to payment to delivery. Less manual work, fewer missed steps, and a client experience that feels calm and consistent.

I’ve been using HoneyBook for 7 years, and I’ll set yours up the way I wish everyone started.

What tends to change once things are set up properly

  • fewer manual follow-ups and reminder emails
  • less second-guessing around bookings and next steps
  • client communication that runs without rewriting or chasing
  • fewer backend tasks lingering in the background
  • more mental space during busy or high-volume weeks

These aren’t dramatic shifts — they’re the small, steady improvements that make your days feel noticeably lighter over time.

Clean, minimal workspace

How scheduling works

I take on a limited number of HoneyBook projects at a time so I can stay hands-on and thoughtful with each build. Because of that, new work is usually scheduled a few weeks out rather than started immediately.

If you’re thinking ahead to next month, that’s often a realistic window, depending on current availability.

If any of this feels familiar, you’re in the right place

  • You’re using HoneyBook, but parts of it still feel manual or half-finished
  • You’re not confident everything is connected the way it should be
  • You’ve set things up once and haven’t revisited them since
  • You know it could be doing more, but don’t want to rebuild it yourself

Most clients don’t come to me because HoneyBook isn’t working — they come because it’s working, just not as smoothly or efficiently as it could.

What I help you build

I design HoneyBook systems that are clear, intentional, and built around how you actually run your business — not generic templates or one-size-fits-all workflows.

  • workflows that guide clients from inquiry to booking without chasing
  • email templates that feel natural and don’t require constant tweaking
  • project and pipeline structures that make sense at a glance
  • automations that reduce admin without overcomplicating things

The goal isn’t to use every HoneyBook feature — it’s to build a system that quietly supports you day to day.

Already using HoneyBook?

Maybe you’ve been in HoneyBook for a while, but it’s not fully set up. Or it was put together quickly during a busy season and now it’s kind of… held together with tape.

A short audit can help you get clarity before committing to anything.

  • audit what’s working and what isn’t
  • simplify your pipeline and workflows
  • rewrite templates so they sound like you
  • automate the parts that are currently draining your time
  • make your system feel consistent again

Done-for-You HoneyBook Support

Starting with a $350 base fee

This service is for business owners who already use HoneyBook (or tried to) but know it’s not set up in a way that actually supports how they work.

A rebuild isn’t about “starting over for the sake of it.” It’s about slowing down, looking at what you actually need, and building a system that feels organized, intentional, and easy to maintain long-term.

The base fee covers the foundation work required for any HoneyBook rebuild. This is the non-negotiable groundwork that makes everything else function properly.

Included in the base rebuild:

  • Intake + planning

We start by reviewing how you currently use HoneyBook, what feels clunky, and what you want it to do instead. This includes understanding your services, booking flow, client communication style, and current pain points.

  • Build strategy

I map out a clear rebuild plan before touching anything in your account, so we’re not adding unnecessary features or rebuilding things you don’t actually need.

  • Testing + structured handoff

I test the rebuilt system end-to-end and make sure you understand what was built, how it works, and how to use it moving forward.

HoneyBook System Audit

$90

A short, focused review if you know something isn’t working but aren’t ready to rebuild yet.

What you get:

  • Backend review (pipelines, templates, workflows)
  • What’s broken, redundant, or missing
  • Opportunities to simplify
  • 1–2 page action plan

Most people don’t arrive knowing exactly what they need — just that something feels heavier than it should.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to already have Honeybook?

No. If you’re new or switching, I can help you decide if HoneyBook is the right fit and then build it out with you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We can split the work into priority phases and space payments to match each phase, so you’re not taking everything on at once.

Can you work with what I already have set up?

Absolutely. If you’ve started and it feels messy, that’s really common. I can clean and rebuild without starting from zero.

How long does this take?

It depends on the package and how much you already have. The average setup or rebuild is 2-4 weeks. I’ll give you a clear timeline after the consult.

What do you need from me?

Access to your HoneyBook account, your current process (even if it’s messy), and any existing templates or info you want included.

Do you earn a commission if I sign up through your link?

Yes. HoneyBook offers a referral credit. I recommend it because it’s the platform I use and build all of my systems in.

Not sure where to start?

A free 15-minute HoneyBook audit is a low-pressure way to get clarity before committing to anything. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s causing friction, and where small changes could make the biggest difference.
